Small Business,
Smaller Workday
One platform instead of dozens
Siri enabled, email triage, CRM, scheduling, billing, social media, analytics, documents, file manager & more — in one bespoke app.
Replace your stackThe Business OS
Runs the whole business — not a pile of separate apps.
Contacts, billing, projects, inbox, scheduling, newsletters, social metrics, website editing, and white-label branding — one login, one AI agent that is Siri capable, and a dead simple client portal with passwordless MagicLinks. Add industry spec plugins to supercharge your workflows.
Baseline baked in
The Law Office of Barry Levine comes with 90% of what you need on day zero — including a virtual assistant and a learning layer that picks up your playbooks as you go. We customize the other 10% to bridge the gaps in a spaghetti network of services — giving you a truly unified, all-in-one business operating system.
Most platforms hand you a blank canvas and a monthly bill. The Law Office of Barry Levineships the opposite: a complete operating system for running a service business — contacts, projects, client portal, billing, smart inbox, scheduling, AI agent, chat / commands, media library, Agentic Website Editor, newsletters, social & web metrics, read receipts, Siri, white-label branding, and mobile push — all wired together on install.
That covers what nearly every client actually needs to operate. The remaining slice is industry-specific or client-specific: a dealership inventory wizard, fleet GPS, a custom intake flow, a one-off integration. Those pieces snap onto the same core instead of replacing it.
- Go live with the full core stack — not a phased rollout of "phase two features"
- Enable industry plugins in one config line when this business needs them
- Custom workflows and integrations build on the same APIs, agent tools, and knowledge base
- No forked codebase — your 10% ships as plugins and config, not a separate product
Contacts are the spine of the whole OS. Add someone once and they show up everywhere they're needed — billing, projects, the inbox, the portal — without a single copy-paste.
Fuzzy matching finds the right person even from a nickname, an old email address, or a company name typed three different ways, so duplicates never pile up.
- Matches by name, email, phone, notes, or company before it ever creates a duplicate
- Every contact keeps its history — notes, aliases, past projects, past invoices
- Syncs straight to iPhone Contacts over CardDAV — no Google or iCloud detour
- Export a vCard from any client record in one tap
No account to create, no password to reset — the link itself is the key. Add it to their Home Screen and it behaves like a real app with their name on it.
Five tabs show up automatically, only when there's something to show:
- Tap-to-call, text, or email your business straight from the page
- A speed-dial help chat answers "what do I owe" and "what's my login" without a call to you
- Revoke access anytime — the page just disappears
Projects replace the sticky notes and the "let me check." Checklists, comments, and files live on the job, and anything you flip visible shows up for the client in real time.
- Statuses from prospect and audit through active and archived — filter and report on any of them
- Priorities from low to urgent so nothing quietly slips
- Link an email thread or chat straight to the project it belongs to
- Attach files, checklists, and comments — everything stays on the job
- Optional time log with hours, notes, and invoice suggestions when billing is on
No separate billing login for you or your client. Outstanding, upcoming, and paid invoices are grouped automatically and matched to the right contact by email.
- One-tap Pay links on every outstanding invoice
- Recurring invoices for retainers and ongoing service plans
- "Send Acme $450 for the June retainer" — the agent builds and sends it
- Payment history shows on the client's own Billing tab, not buried in your inbox
Keep using Gmail or Proton. A copy lands in the smart inbox, gets classified in seconds, and either files itself quietly or lands in front of you with a push notification.
When you send back out — portal links, project updates, agent-drafted replies — every message uses the same branded HTML template and delivers from your domain via Resend.
- Sorted into client, alert, internal, review, or junk automatically
- Attachments show up with one-tap download — no digging through threads
- Automated alert emails land in a dedicated System Alerts thread — not mixed with client mail
- Branded HTML outbound mail — logo, CTA button, dark-mode friendly — sent server-side through Resend
- Install to your Home Screen and get pushed the moment something needs a reply
Availability, confirmations, and reschedules are handled the moment someone picks a time — and the same booking flow is one voice command away for you.
- Real-time availability, no double-booking, ever
- Confirmation and reschedule/cancel links sent automatically
- Bookable straight from the AI agent or a Siri Shortcut
- Meetings show up next to the client's other project activity
This isn't a chatbot demo bolted onto a sidebar. The admin agent holds the same tools you'd use by hand — it creates the invoice, files the note, books the meeting, and tells you exactly what it did.
- Core tools are always on: contacts, projects, inbox, knowledge, to-dos
- Type / in chat for slash commands — knowledge, jobs, billing, and more
- Every plugin you enable adds its own tools automatically — no extra setup
- Plain-English commands — no menus to hunt through
- Flags its own alerts in a dedicated thread when something needs your attention
A handful of Siri Shortcuts turn your voice into the same actions the dashboard can do — including a freeform prompt to the agent — hands-free, from the car, from a job site, from bed.
- Ask the agent anything — Siri sends your prompt and reads the reply
- List or create contacts and projects by voice
- Book a meeting or send a quick SMS without touching a keyboard
- Look up any client by name from the lock screen
- Set up once with a copy-paste JSON payload — no code required
Every install ships with core knowledge, and every plugin you enable brings its own — the agent only loads what's relevant, so it never confuses one client's process for another's.
- Editable in plain markdown, versioned like real code
- Keeps new hires — and future-you — aligned without a training doc nobody reads
- Plugin-scoped, so dealership knowledge never loads on a plumbing install
- The agent works from what it read, not a guess
Your public website lives in the same app the agent already runs. There is no separate CMS to learn and no "email your developer" loop for copy changes.
Describe what you want in plain English — update the services page, replace the team photo, tweak the homepage — and the agent commits it to Git. Whatever host deploys that repo publishes the change.
- Change copy and headlines without opening a CMS admin
- Swap images the same way — just say what goes where
- Same agent you already use for billing and projects
- Edits commit to Git and go live on your website — not stuck in a draft queue
The Media tab is shared storage for logos, photos, and PDFs. Pick from the library when setting company or client branding instead of digging through Downloads again. Mount /webdav in Finder or the iPhone Files app to drag files in from a folder.
- Upload images and PDFs from the admin Media tab
- Mount a drop folder on Mac or iPhone — drag files in, they land in the library
- Pick logos and icons for company or client branding from the library
- Thumbnails and search so the right file is one tap away
- Included in Core OS — not an optional add-on
Each install is fully white-labeled. The client portal, outbound emails, voice agent greeting, and even the iPhone Contacts card all carry your company identity — no "Powered by" badge anywhere.
- Set name, logo, domain, and support contact once in admin → Company
- Pull logos and icons from the media library — upload once, reuse everywhere
- Client portals open on your domain with your branding baked in
- Voice agent and email templates use your company name automatically
- Enable only the plugins this business needs — one config file, no forked codebase
The dashboard and client portal are both progressive web apps. Install to your Home Screen and they behave like native apps: full-screen, fast, and wired for push the moment something needs you.
- Push notifications when a client replies, an invoice is paid, or an alert fires
- Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or a device passkey after the first visit
- Phone sign-in with a one-time SMS code — no password required
- Client portals are one tap away — no App Store, no login screen
- Works on iPhone and Android from the same URL
- Revoke a portal link and it disappears from their phone instantly
Every text thread lives on the client, not in a separate app. Reply from the inbox, trigger a message from the AI agent, or fire one off by voice — and the full history stays attached to that person.
- Two-way SMS threaded against the contact who sent it
- Send a quick text from Siri without opening anything
- Contacts can tap-to-text your business straight from their portal
- Agent can draft and send messages when you describe who and what
Growth tools belong in the same OS as delivery, not in three more subscriptions. Lifecycle emails render as branded HTML on the server — your logo, purple CTA, CAN-SPAM footer — and deliver through Resend from your own domain. Pair that with social follower trends, live website analytics, and read-receipt-style signals when a client opens what you sent.
Those little details sound small until you're deciding whether to nudge a prospect or let a hot lead go cold.
- Branded HTML email templates — table layout for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, with dark-mode support
- Server delivery via Resend — newsletters, portal shares, and agent outbound all send from your domain
- Newsletter tab — welcome, follow-up, project-complete, and review-request automations plus one-click broadcasts
- Social tab — follower counts, posts, mentions, reactions, and engagement rate per platform
- Analytics tab — visitors, pageviews, bounce rate, top pages, top sources, and realtime traffic (Plausible)
- Tracked share links — "Link sent" becomes "Viewed" when the client opens a portal or project URL
- Engagement push when someone opens a shared link, views the sales deck, submits vault info, or dwells on a project
Out of the box
The Law Office of Barry Levine learns by default.
Every install ships with core knowledge, plugin playbooks, and live data from your contacts, projects, time logs, and billing — so the agent and Siri can answer real operational questions on day one. No custom build required.
“Change the homepage headline to Summer specials are live.”
“Swap the hero image for the team photo from last month's shoot.”
“Hey Siri, how many hours did we bill last week?”
“What job is Sean currently at?”
“Who still owes us from March?”
“Summarize everything open on the Henderson project.”
The bespoke 10%
Requests we wire up for you.
The last slice is where your business gets weird — in a good way. We bolt on custom tools, APIs, and workflows so the same agent can handle one-off asks that no generic SaaS stack would ever understand.
“How much would it cost to remodel the house in this image to a craftsman style?”
Vision + your pricing playbook + materials lookup
“Pull every open permit for this address and draft a bid outline.”
Municipal API + your estimate template
“Which fleet truck is closest to the Johnson job site right now?”
Live GPS + dispatch rules
“Compare this trade-in VIN against our lot and text the customer three matches.”
Dealership inventory wizard + SMS
“How many gray hoodies do we have in large across Shopify and WooCommerce?”
Multi-channel inventory sync

Every one of these is live in the product — not a mockup, not a roadmap slide.
Why did you build REΛVE?
The logic is simple. The majority of small businesses all need the same basic services to cover 90% of their operation — email, scheduling, and customer management. The REΛVE platform provides all of these on day zero with an integrated agent. With one click, you can research a company from an email, turn rough notes into a proposal, see what your competitors are charging — and literally anything else you can imagine.
REΛVE differs from standard SaaS apps because we're not a multimillion-dollar operation. We developed this entire application in-house and know it inside and out. We've built over a dozen modules to extend the standard REΛVE app.
The goal was to give the small business owner everything they needed from a distance — without bloating the price with unnecessary features — all in a framework that is easily extendable. That's where REΛVE is different. We can customize your installation quickly, and it is not a five-figure operation, as it is with many agencies.
We have over 20 years of experience developing websites and applications. I use REΛVE every day, and I actually build the REΛVE app from within itself — change copy, swap a picture, ship an update, all by asking the agent. No CMS login, no page builder. I have since stopped using all other apps, and the decrease in noise has been absolutely phenomenal. I used to get well over 100 dings and beeps a day — and only maybe 5% of them were relevant. Now all I see is that 5%.
